Before I start my discussion with you, let me introduce with - Bell Tower Hotel Xian

Yes, I and my all family members had great positive experience with this hotel. Mainly I liked their services like "Air Ticket Office", "Tour and Sightseeing ", "Day Laundry" and "Vehicle Service".

Its location - No.110 South Street, Beilin District, Xian, P.R. China Tel: +86-29-87600000 ; Fax: +86-29-87218767

Xian is located in China and is one of the most famous historic cities in the country. Xian is a city that one can experience much of the cultures in China within just this one location. The history behind Xian is extensive and this city holds much historical significance to the people of China. In fact, it is said that walking around the great city of Xi'an is like stepping back thousands of years in time. Xian is easily one of the most trafficked tourist cities in China, with more than a million foreign tourists visit each year.

1. Try to establish contact with a hotel before you arrive so you can ask any questions. Don't just rely on search engine booking agents

2. Check the hotel on places such Trip Advisor. Although not entirely accurate, Trip advisor can give you an idea, particularly if the accommodation in Xian has over 30 reviews by members who have reviewed many times previously

3. Remember you are in a foreign country so please don't expect your hotel to be exactly the same as you have stayed in before. Experiencing difference is the main reason for travel after all

4. Rates may vary according to the season. For example hotels in Xian are usually cheaper from Dec- March

5. Don't pay in advance - wait until you arrive to pay so if you are not happy you are not stuck in that accommodation for the duration of your trip.

Standing on the Jianfu Temple near the east part of the South Friendship Road and is 3km away from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Because the pagoda is lower than the Big Wild Goose, it is called Small Wild Goose. The pagoda had 15 stories before 1556, but the extant is merely 13 stories because its top was destroyed in an earthquake in that year. The foursquare pagoda is 43.3metres high now and each sideline of its base is about11.38meteres. The eaves are jutting out on each story. There are arched doors on both the south and the north sides in each story. On the lintels and the doorcases of the first floor, the vines, grass, flowers and the immortal pictures can be seen carving. There are wood stairs reach to the top of the pagoda, as you stand at there, a beautiful panorama will spread out before you.

In the Jianfu Temple, there is a big ancient iron bell made in 1192, it weighs more than 10,000kg. Every morning, the bell was rung in a definite time and its tolls were so loud and resonant that they could be heard from tens of miles. The Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Morning Tolls in the temple have become one of the Eight Attractions in the central Shaanxi plain. In recent years, the Shaanxi Folk Custom Museum in the Jianfu Temple has been opened to the public to exhibit the old Shaanxi conditions and customs.
